Hallmark Movies Now will rebrand as Hallmark Plus in the fall and will add new features and benefits to the service.

Hallmark has announced that Hallmark Plus will be launching in Sept. and will include ad-free viewing along with retail and product benefits. “Hallmark Plus marks a seminal moment for Hallmark,” Mike Perry, president and CEO, Hallmark, told Variety. “By intertwining new, rich content experiences with tangible rewards and premium Hallmark gifts, we are delivering a unique, new program that reflects our commitment to spreading joy through our deeply beloved brand touchpoints.”
Currently, Hallmark Movies Now costs $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year. The price will increase to $7.99 a month or $79.99 per year. The new membership will include monthly $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Store coupons, unlimited free eCards, shopping rewards, and surprise gifts.
The new service will also receive more exclusive content, including a trilogy of films called “The Groomsmen.” The story will follow three lifelong best friends and will star Jonathan Bennett, Tyler Hynes, and B.J. Britt.
The new service will also launch a limited series this holiday season called Holidazed which will follow six families that come together over the holidays. The project stars Dennis Haysbert, Erin Cahill, Holland Roden, John C. McGinley, Ian Harding, and more.
Bennett will also serve as the host for Hallmark’s first reality series, Finding Mr. Christmas. The show will see men competing to become the leading man of an all-new Hallmark Holiday movie. Lacey Chabert will honor real-life heroes on Celebrations with Lacey Chabert. And, finally, Wes Brown will host Ready, Set, Glow! where he travels to some of the most impressive holiday displays and meets the people behind them.
In 2025 Ashley Williams will host Small Town Setup which will see parents playing matchmaker for their adult children. It will be joined by Home Is Where the Heart Is as Luke Macfarlane helps families renovate an important room in their homes.
It looks as though Hallmark will be taking some bold new steps with Hallmark Plus, and the changes are right around the corner.
